If your invitation indicates “and Guest,” then you are welcome to bring allocated guests, otherwise, we request you to join us by the number allocated.

We have reserved a number of rooms at the hotels mentioned on the website's accommodations page. You can get a lower rate for your room(s) if you book them as soon as possible.
